Vermithrax Pejorative (Latin for "The Wyrm of Thrace that makes things worse") is a 400-year-old dragon who left Thrace due to lack of food and human threats, settling in a cave in the kingdom of Urland during the 6th century. To stop her attacks on Urland, prompted by King Gaiseric's failed attempt to kill her, Cassiodorus (the king's brother) agreed to offer her virgins as a sacrifice twice a year. Meanwhile, Vermithrax appeared with a wandering dragon and eventually conceived three offspring.
A ruthless, taupe-colored dragon, 40 feet long.
