Jeff Lucas was a goth student at Bay City High School who, for a school project, created a horror film instead of a documentary, drawing ridicule from his fellow students. Outraged, Jeff threatened everyone present... and after causing a disturbance at a pool party, he was chased by car and ended up plunging off a cliff, leaving nothing but ashes in the wreckage of the burning vehicle he was driving. A year later, Jeff will exact his revenge.
A fair-skinned teenager with dark eyes, a shaved goatee, and black hair styled in short braids on the crown of his head. He always dresses in black and, after his skin is burned, dons a hooded robe to kill. He is a spiteful, insolent individual obsessed with occult forces and Celtic society.
