There isn't much information about the "Black Tuno." One of his professors states in a class that ignorance kills, and the tuno himself, upon revealing his identity to his mentor, reminds him of this. However, it's not known for sure if this was the true motive behind the murders at the University of Alcalá a year earlier.
Tuno cape and mask with wig included. He kills all the bad students at Spanish universities—those who fail and those who pass by cheating, even by marrying a professor. He contacts some of his victims through a chat room, and his motto is: "ignorance kills."
