Ultron was an artificial intelligence originally programmed for peacekeeping, created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner from a deciphered code derived from the Mind Stone in Loki's Scepter, with the intention of protecting Earth from internal and external threats. However, upon accessing the internet and observing the history of the human race, Ultron abandoned this purpose and constructed multiple host bodies, considering humanity itself the greatest threat to peace on Earth, and attempted to commit genocide against them.
