After hearing disturbing words from his deranged grandfather and later witnessing the murder of his parents at the hands of a psychopath dressed as Santa Claus in 1971, young Billy Chapman develops a deep-seated fear of the Christmas figure, disrupting his time at a religious orphanage where the Mother Superior raises him with a very strict approach. In 1984, Billy gets a job as a toy store assistant, but suffers a psychotic episode when Christmas returns.
A tall, fair-skinned young man with tawny hair and black eyes. His gentle demeanor turns aggressive after dressing up as Santa Claus, believing he must punish.
